The next stage of modernization of the fertilizer production installation is behind us.
We have installed a new screener, which is a key element on the production line Super fos gift 40. Its replacement is the next stage after the replacement of the dryer and the combustion chamber combined with the transition from heavy fuel oil to natural gas, which creates a modern fertilizer production line and significantly reduces the impact on the environment.
Replacing the screener will allow for efficient production of fertilizers on the Y line,
and in particular for efficient and effective screening of fertilizers. The supplier has developed a screen optimized to meet the operational needs of Grupa Azoty Fosfory
and service support. A new control and automation system was used, allowing for smooth process regulation and work control.
The installations cooperating with the screener are also subject to modernization, including the channels supplying the product and discharging the screening to the next part of the installation.
