Reach

This is a regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on the safe use of chemicals, through registration and evaluation, and - in some cases - authorization and restriction of trade and the use of certain chemicals. 

REACH is a comprehensive legal act that, in the assumption of the EU legislator, comprehensively regulate issues related to the production, placing on the market and use of chemicals in the EU.

According to reach

The regulation came into force on June 1, 2007 and replaced dozens of existing Community acts, both regulations and directives.

According to REACH each manufacturer or importer of chemical substances, if his turnover exceeds 1 tonne per year, is obliged to make an inventory of the chemical products used, as well as their registration along with information about their properties and safety.

Candidate lists

Grupa Azoty "Fosfory" analyzes the so-called Candidate Lists for SVHCs (Substances of Very High Concern)

None of the substances produced and marketed by Grupa Azoty "Fosfory" are currently on the SVHC Candidate List published by the European Chemicals Agency and are not subject to the authorization procedure.

The Safety Data Sheet is a collection of information on the hazardous properties of the substance or mixture and the principles and recommendations for their safe use.

List of substances

On November 30, 2010, Grupa Azoty "Fosfory" completed the registration of the substances, and in December 2010, a joint classification was agreed as part of the registration, labeling was proposed and, inter alia, results of toxicological, ecotoxicological, physicochemical and identification tests.

NPK, NP, agrofoski fertilizers within the meaning of the Regulation REACH they are mixtures (preparations). Registration in accordance with the regulation REACH the ingredients present in the mixtures are subject to which we have carried out the proper registration process. Ingredients of preparations, not produced by Grupa Azoty "Fosfory" Sp. z o. o they were registered by suppliers of substances.
