Your personal data indicated in the Labor Code or other specific laws (as per the requirements of the announcement) are processed on the basis of legal provisions and their submission is necessary to take part in the current recruitment. Other personal data (eg your image) we process based on your free consent - legal basis art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) RODO, which you express by sending us your recruitment application, where their application does not affect the possibility of participation in recruitment.
You will not be able to make decisions in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
Your personal data may be made available to entities and authorities authorized to process such data on the basis of legal provisions. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data at the request of administrators, including to property protection services, recruitment agencies, if such entity processes data on the basis of a contract with administrators and only in accordance with the instructions of the administrators.

Your personal data will be stored no longer than until the end of the recruitment process (ie employment of the selected candidate). In the case of permanent recruitment - no more than 3 months from collecting personal data.
You have the right:
- a) access to the content of your personal data,
- b) the right to rectify your personal data,
- c) the right to delete personal data,
- d) the right to limit the processing of personal data,
- e) the right to transfer personal data (on which processing you have agreed),
- f) the right to object to the processing of personal data,
- g) the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
- h) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), when you think that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR.
